Foryears,familieshavecomplainedofcrueltyfromthefederalBureauofPrisons(BOP)whentheirincarceratedlovedonesbecomeseriouslyillordie.Now,legislationinCongressisattemptingtoputastoptowhatitcallsinhumanetreatment.
